Cincai Kopitiam Prima Square City, Sandakan is the second branch in Sandakan. This restaurant is officially opened on 25 May 2025. Its serves favourite local breakfast, pastries and kopitiam-style comfort food.

This restaurant has a Chinese-style concept. Once you enter, it feels like you are in China. I managed to taste several of the main menus at this restaurant. The Portuguese tart is very delicious and soft in the mouth. In addition, the 'Roti Kahwin' is a must-have menu for customers who come to visit here. It's delicious!

This restaurant also offers promotions on certain days such as festive seasons and membership promotions.
