Sapporo, Susukino. Enjoy the rich soft serve ice cream at "Kai Shaburi jiji" for takeout

This is Kai Shaburi jiji, a shellfish and Chablis (white wine) shop in Susukino, Sapporo.

The sign for the soft serve ice cream outside said "TAKE OUT".

The inside of the shop is compact.

From where I could see, it looked like there were less than 20 seats in total, including table seats and counter seats (please check as there may be seats at the back of the shop).

The "soft serve ice cream 400 yen" I took out this time is made with Hama-naka 4.0 milk, which is also used in Häagen-Dazs.

You can also take out the "Affogato-style Soufflé Presso (630 yen)" (soft serve ice cream with espresso poured over it).

You can choose between a cup or a cone for the soft serve ice cream.

The shop has a calm and chic atmosphere.
I would definitely like to visit this shop for a meal next time.

I have the impression that Hokkaido has a large number of restaurants that offer soft serve ice cream for takeout.

It might be fun to compare the taste of soft serve ice cream made with Hokkaido milk 😊
