this time the cherry blossoms were in bloom and beautiful

I went to Maruyama Park to see the cherry blossoms, so

I'll share what it was like

📍Maruyama Park

📍 Miyagaoka 3, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido

→ About an 8-minute walk from Exit 3 of Maruyama Park Station on the Tozai Subway Line

Maruyama Park is a place of relaxation for Sapporo residents

It is about 70 hectares in size!

It is located 3km west of Odori Park

It is a park rich in nature, far from the hustle and bustle of the city center

Maruyama Park is located at the foot of Hokkaido Shrine, and there are sports facilities such as Maruyama Zoo, a general ground, and a baseball field,

playgrounds that children can enjoy, and a free plaza, so it's quite fun!

There are about 120 cherry trees in Maruyama Park, including Ezoyamazakura and Somei Yoshino.

I was able to visit when they were in full bloom, so

it was wonderful!

Sapporo's cherry blossoms are in full bloom now. I recommend visiting Hokkaido Shrine.

*Oh, by the way, there is a Starbucks at the north entrance of Maruyama Park, so you can take a break before or after your walk!
