I visited suage, a restaurant specializing in soup curry in Susukino, at dinner time with my friend.

It is a very popular restaurant and there was a line outside.

I was not familiar with Sapporo's famous soup curry, but I was surprised at how delicious it was!

The rich soup curry, fresh vegetables, and melt-in-your-mouth soft KAKUNI (cubed meat stew).The cheese topping on the rice was also a good choice. I can't believe I didn't know about this delicious curry until now 😂.

Outside of Sapporo, there are two stores in Tokyo and one in Fukuoka, so if you are interested, please visit them 🍛.
