Sapporo 1-night, 2-day travel itinerary

Tomorrow, I’m heading to Sapporo for a 1-night, 2-day trip to Japan. The journey will be round-trip with afternoon flights, and I’ve reserved two afternoon tea spots in Sapporo for the two days. Accommodation is also in Sapporo city.

This will be my 22nd trip to Hokkaido and my 19th visit to Sapporo. Among these, I’ve done 10 trips as 1-night, 2-day visits, making Hokkaido one of the best destinations for short trips.

On the first day, I plan to use the ORDER & PICK service via the GU app to pick up an item requested by a friend. This service allows you to check real-time inventory at each store and place an order accordingly.

Two weeks ago, when I inquired about a product at the GU store in Tokyo’s Kameido Clock, they informed me that the product wasn’t available at that location and showed me how to use the app. After returning to Korea, I installed the GU app through a workaround, similar to the Starbucks app, and plan to use it tomorrow. While picking up the item at the store, I’ll also take the opportunity to visit the nearby Sapporo Beer Garden for the first time in 11 years.

On the second day, I’ll head to Kitahiroshima for a morning hot spring visit. Before returning home, I’ll explore Nijo Market and enjoy one last afternoon tea before heading to the airport. I won’t have any checked luggage. Thank you.
