I ate three bowls of Michelin ramen this time, all of which were miso ramen. I changed to a non-miso ramen at a 100-name restaurant on Tabelog (3.72).
It looked like a soy sauce soup base with homemade chili oil, but the first bite was like the aroma of seafood that hit my taste buds. The second bite was different. The waitress pointed to the seasoning on the table (mackerel garlic powder) and I suddenly realized that soy sauce and seafood can also have this flavor. In addition, the noodles were good, but the barbecued pork was not delicious.
