Jozankei Onsen is located in a forest valley just 1 hour by car from Sapporo city center (specific address: 〒061-2302 Sapporo Minami-ku Jozankei Onsen Higashi 3-chome), open all year round and available anytime. Remember to choose a room with an open-air bath; although the temperature is below zero, soaking in the 42℃ hot spring is never cold.
