Laem Pu Chao Viewpoint, Chonburi

The Shrine of Prince of Chumphon Khet Udomsak, Laem Pu Chao is located on Khao Laem Pu Chao, at the southernmost point of the curve of Ao Toey Ngam. It was built in 1960. Inside the shrine, there is a statue and a box to store his remains. On top, there is a viewpoint at Khao Laem Pu Chao, where you can see Ao Sattahip, Ao Toey Ngam, Koh Phra, Koh Tao Mo, and the Gulf of Thailand.

Inside the shrine, there is a life-size statue of Prince of Chumphon. It is the only shrine to Prince of Chumphon that stores his remains for the public to pay homage to. Khao Laem Pu Chao has a remarkable view. Because it is located on a hill, you can see the sea and islands in Sattahip all around. There are many viewpoints. It is a view that photographers must capture as a reminder every time they visit. Inside Khao Laem Pu Chao, there is a monkey that is the resident of Khao Laem Pu. Please be careful with your food or drinks. Do not bring anything out because the monkey will try to snatch it from your hand.
