This is a charming cafe I visited during my trip to Fukuoka. It's a wonderful spot where you can enjoy both alcohol and parfaits 🥂.

The melon parfait is made with domestic melon, Yame tea jelly, amaretto blancmange, kiwi, olive oil, and Aso milk ice cream—an incredibly luxurious combination! Topped with melon 🍈, which is sweet and absolutely delightful.

The watermelon soup features amaretto blancmange, Aso milk ice cream, coconut meringue, and viola flowers, making it equally stunning ✨.

We shared bites of each dessert, and both were equally delicious—impossible to pick a favorite ☺️ᩚ.

These parfaits are truly exquisite 🍽. The menu changes with the seasons, so I’m already looking forward to visiting again 🥰.

Each parfait comes with recommended alcohol pairings listed on the menu, so be sure to check them out ✨. For these parfaits, white wine or craft beer is suggested 🫧.

Even if you don’t drink alcohol, there are plenty of other options like coffee or lemon squash to enjoy ♡.
