[Seoul] Speaking of Korean autumn flavors, Daehagui!

Annyeonghaseyo 🙌
I'm Atchan, a fan of Korean food and city walks.

One of Korea's autumn delicacies
[Daehagui = Grilled Giant Shrimp]

Taisho shrimp, rarely seen in Japan these days, are placed alive in a frying pan on a bed of salt, covered, and steamed.

You can also order the shrimp grilled with butter or mala sauce by cutting off the heads.♪

The heads are especially delicious!😍

This is a rare treat in Japan, so if you can time your trip right, be sure to give it a try!🫶
