Puchon Yukhoe is famous as a Michelin-starred restaurant!

3 years ago, I went to #YukkhoeChamaechi, which is nearby, so this is my first time here 🙂!

I went in and ordered a beer (lol),
and then I ordered yukhoe, raw liver, and omasum!
I could have ordered yukhoe bibimbap or tantan-yi,
but it was a long day so I ordered snacks 😉🍻

Real yukhoe is shiny and beautiful, isn't it? 🥹
Its appearance makes me drool... 🤤🤤

I crumbled the egg yolk and mixed it with the pear underneath...
The beer was already going down before I even started eating it~ 🍻♡
The sweet and delicious yukhoe and pear are the best! Endless beer!! ⁡
I can't eat liver so I can't really comment on it, but I heard it's not fishy and is delicious☺️
The omasum is soft and chewy and a perfect snack🥹
It was such a happy time that I thought it was good that I had held off for three years...🥹
