Namsan Hanok Village: A Hidden Gem with Plenty to See, and It's Free!

Although it's close by, I had never visited Namsan Hanok Village until I had the chance to go on a weekday morning. The traditional Korean houses (hanok) and the surrounding scenery are perfect for a leisurely stroll.

There are also many traditional Korean games available for free, such as hopscotch, jegichagi (a traditional Korean shuttlecock game), yutnori (a traditional board game), and spinning tops, offering a variety of experiences.

Occasionally, there are busking performances, and they also provide a monthly event schedule template. It might be a good idea to plan your visit around an event that interests you.

Located just a 10-minute walk from Myeongdong Station, it's an easy and hassle-free destination for tourists visiting Korea.
