Exceptional Junior Suite Stay

We were given an upgrade to a junior suite and our experience was truly incredible. The living area and bathroom were super spacious, and the beds were very comfortable and fluffy. Although the hotel is quite large, located alongside a convention center, offices, and a big mall, all the hustle and bustle disappeared once you entered the elevator to go to your floor. Our room faced a small rooftop courtyard garden, and despite being amid the concrete jungle, it was serene and quiet. I must say, the staff truly were the highlight of the experience—each person was kind, accommodating, and helpful. We are eagerly looking forward to returning for another stay.
