Zhouqiao Old Street, with a history of more than 800 years, is worth a visit.

Living in Jiading, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I found Jiading very easy to visit, the scenic spots are close and there are few people.

Zhouqiao Old Street retains the characteristics of ancient dwellings from the Ming and Qing dynasties. Located in the center of Jiading Ancient Town, it is the most prosperous and lively place in the ancient town.

Stepping into the old street is like traveling through a time tunnel. The ancient buildings are neatly arranged on both sides of the street, with green tiles, white walls, wooden doors and windows, exuding a strong historical atmosphere. The stone road winds forward, telling the story of time.

The old street is full of shops. There are traditional handicraft shops, specialty snack shops and quaint teahouses.

There is an ancient stone bridge in Zhouqiao Old Street, spanning the small river. Standing on the bridge, the breeze blows on your face, the river flows gently, and the ancient buildings on both sides are reflected, making it look poetic and picturesque. The weeping willows by the river add a touch of beauty to the old street.

Deep in the old street, there are some quiet alleys. Walking through it, you feel away from the hustle and bustle and enter a peaceful world. The residents in the alley live a leisurely life, making people feel a simple happiness.

Zhouqiao Old Street has both the weight of history and the flavor of life. Here, time seems to slow down, allowing people to fully enjoy the antiquity and tranquility.
