The Bund Night Mode 🌙

✈️ Shanghai in May is nice too, the weather is just cool enough, similar to winter in Thailand. When we went, it didn’t rain at all, which was very lucky. From reviews before and after our trip, it rained heavily. Shanghai was kind to first-time visitors to China like us, hehe.
🚬 Before going, I was very worried about the smoke. I’m usually somewhat allergic to cigarette smoke, but when I arrived, there was some, but not as much as I expected. I was happy about that.
❤️ Personally, I would rate Shanghai higher than Tokyo. It’s easier to travel and shopping is more fun. I came back with my bags full to the max. When checking in luggage, I was so nervous about whether the weight would exceed the limit, very anxious indeed.
🚘 Throughout the trip, we used Didi and didn’t take the subway at all because we were too lazy to get on and off. And we found it super comfortable.
🚶🏻 I loved the feeling of walking on East Nanjing Road. Walking to The Bund and seeing the grandeur of Shanghai gave such a wonderful feeling. I would go back as many times as possible. Every building in the city is unique.
