Amazing Hotel Experience: Sumptuous Breakfast Buffet and Warm, Thoughtful Service!

This time, I stayed at the Conrad Hotel under the Hilton brand, located in the bustling pedestrian area of Nanjing Road, Shanghai. From the moment I checked in, I was deeply impressed by the front desk staff. They were gentle, courteous, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed. The check-in process was quick, and the concierge greeted me with a charming and friendly smile. The lobby was grand and spacious, with a restaurant and bar on the first floor. The giant IP bear was absolutely adorable. Special shoutout to staff members Carat, Evelyn, and Viana for their exceptional service and kind hearts!

The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep that made me reluctant to get up. The wide sofa by the window was perfect for enjoying snacks and chatting while taking in the street view. The bathtub was a great way to relax after a long day of exploring. The room also featured smart voice controls for the air conditioning and curtains, as well as access to travel-related information.

The breakfast was unbelievably rich and diverse, featuring a hot food section, noodles, dim sum, soups, congee with side dishes, fruits, milk, yogurt, a bread section, beverages, and more. There was a variety of egg dishes to choose from, and they could even be customized. The staff were quick to clear tables and attentive to guests' needs. Dining in the spacious and elegant restaurant while enjoying the view through the large floor-to-ceiling windows was an experience in itself!
