Northeastern Specialty Dish - Roast Duck

Duck Xiao Qi's store environment is newly renovated, with a spacious and bright hall. The decor is very grand, and each round table or booth is large and comfortable. There are also private rooms available, which are bright and spacious, accommodating about 6-15 people. It is suitable for family gatherings, company parties, and different dining occasions with friends. The food quality is high, with a variety of Northeastern specialty dishes, each very attractive and reasonably priced.

A must-try is the Peking Duck, roasted in a hanging oven and made through seven traditional processes. It is full of authentic Peking flavor, sliced upon order. The duck skin is golden and crispy, and the meat is tender and juicy. Paired with chewy pancakes, topped with shredded scallions, cucumber strips, hawthorn strips, white sugar, and roast duck sauce, it is wrapped and eaten in big bites, making it very tasty and unforgettable.

We ordered a small portion of Hawthorn Braised Pork, which is visually appealing and flavorful. The pork is fatty but not greasy, with a soft and glutinous texture. The sweet and sour taste of hawthorn enhances the entire dish, and the hawthorn aroma pairs well with the braised pork.

Each person had a bowl of Palace-style Shark Fin Soup. Although the portion is not large, the taste is outstanding. The broth is rich, and the texture is smooth and delicious.

The Colorful Jellyfish Salad is filled with a large amount of crunchy jellyfish in the middle, paired with colorful vegetables. The texture is crisp, and the sesame sauce makes it more appetizing the more you eat. The Golden Century Egg with Tofu is a delightful combination of bouncy century egg and smooth tofu, with rich and delicate flavors.

For dessert, we chose Osmanthus Yogurt, which is smooth and sweet, with a light osmanthus fragrance, making it a very satisfying meal.
