Shenzhen's Popular Queue-Worthy Delicacy｜Fat Ming's Snail Noodles!

Snail noodles have become a popular foreign delicacy in Taiwan in recent years. Originating from Liuzhou, Guangxi, their spicy and fragrant taste has won the hearts of many food enthusiasts and can be quite addictive ❤️

Recently, I discovered a famous snail noodle shop in Futian. The main attraction here is, of course, their signature snail noodles, featuring quail eggs, spicy bamboo shoots, fried tofu skin, wood ear mushrooms, and a special broth. The mildly spicy flavor is both exhilarating and sweat-inducing. Their cassava sweet soup is also a must-try, and there are many additional toppings available. However, the overall price is a bit higher than typical snail noodle shops, and you might have to wait for an hour during peak dining times, so it's not ideal if you're in a hurry.
