The transportation score is simply perfect!

🏨 Hotel Facilities: Although the hotel has been open for some years, many facilities are well-maintained, and some floors have been renovated. I stayed in a renovated room, decorated mainly in fresh white, green, and purple tones, with a youthful and lively style. The room is equipped with high-quality bedding, soft bathrobes, a Dyson hairdryer, Diptyque toiletries, and all necessary amenities. The outdoor pool area on the 5th floor is a popular spot; swimming surrounded by skyscrapers feels like a city vacation, and at night you can enjoy the stunning CBD night view.

💁 Service Experience: The service here is truly impressive. From the moment you arrive at the hotel entrance, the concierge warmly welcomes you, and every staff member you pass on the way to the front desk greets you with a smile. Two days before check-in, you receive a welcome email from the guest recognition team, and the executive lounge staff remember guests’ names and subtle preferences, providing enthusiastic and attentive service. Turndown service is offered proactively, with staff knocking on the door to ask, making you feel very cared for.

🍽 Dining: The hotel’s dining is excellent, with a wide variety of breakfast options to satisfy different tastes. The executive lounge offers five exquisite meals a day, including hot dishes, vegetables, staples, soups, various snacks, and cold plates at lunch and dinner, along with a wide selection of beverages. I also tried several dishes at Xingli Chinese Restaurant; the green olive and conch soup was sweet and delicious, and the abalone puff with cherry tomatoes was creatively prepared. Every dish was satisfying.
