Comprehensive evaluation | What I deeply felt during my stay at the Shenzhen Galaxy Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen is that although the hotel has been open for many years, its elegance never goes out of style! 😝😝

The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen is located in Futian District, Shenzhen. The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen, which has been open for almost ten years, is a little inconspicuous among the high-rise buildings, but it is also one of the more central locations in Futian District. After arriving at the main entrance of the hotel, the concierge greeted us warmly. Moreover, in the short distance from the hotel entrance to the front desk, every time you meet a staff member, he will immediately greet you with a smile. This is really worth a thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻

Check-in is on the first floor. There were many people during holidays, so after waiting for a while I was finally able to check in. The front desk clerk quickly completed the process and briefly introduced the relevant facilities during the process. After the check-in, Peter from the front desk escorted me to the elevator and exchanged pleasantries warmly, which was great. The room we stayed in this time was the Premier Suite (Room 2007) located on the 20th floor. This room is divided into 4 areas, namely the living room, balcony, bedroom and bathroom. Although the room type is a bit irregular, the area is really large! The view from the guest rooms is the bustling city view of Shenzhen with Ping An Financial Center as its core. Although the room design is old, it is still well maintained and many bamboo designs are hidden in the design details. The luxurious Chinese style is quite obvious. I hope that the bamboo element can be maintained after the renovation. 😻

For lunch, I checked in at the Xingli Chinese Restaurant, which I had been looking forward to. I ordered a few dishes from the spring and summer menu, and none of them were disappointing. I enjoyed the meal very much! Guangdong people like to drink soup to warm their stomachs after meals. First, the green olive and snail soup is very sweet and refreshing and very comfortable to drink! The appetizer of abalone crisps with cherry tomatoes is quite varied. The abalone crisps are very crispy and the seasoning is quite harmonious. The cherry tomatoes can relieve greasiness and also serve as an appetizer! The abalone dumplings have a slightly stronger flavor, but you can tell that the chef has a good control over the heat; give me some foie gras and fish maw! The gelatinous texture and the aroma of oil alternately hit my taste buds. It was an unexpected combination that I didn't expect. It's magical! 😋😋😋The final dessert is not sour enough. If it is a little more sour, the whole taste will be richer! The waiters' service was really attentive. I like Romeo and Theo for their thoughtful service!

The outdoor swimming pool area on the 5th floor is a must-see destination. Swimming towards the tall buildings instantly gives you a feeling of being on vacation in the city! 😍

What particularly impressed me during this stay at the hotel was the attentive and good service of the hotel and Xingli Restaurant, especially Peter at the front desk. He was sincere and modest, and his service attitude was elegant, professional and down-to-earth, which made people feel very comfortable! The food at Xingli Restaurant is quite a surprise. I didn’t expect that there would be so many delicious dishes on the spring and summer menu. It’s worth a try!
