I've been to Koh Loy, Sriracha, many times, but each time I just parked and crossed over to Koh Sichang. Today, I had work and was free, so I stopped by to check it out and walked up to the top.
It was great! Even though it was hot downstairs, the breeze was cool and comfortable upstairs. It was quiet and peaceful, with beautiful sea and city views. I recommend a weekday, otherwise there won't be any parking. 😅
