【2025 Bangkok Shopping Mall Guide with MRT/BTS + Complete Shopping Tips】

Bangkok is truly a shopping paradise! I stayed here for two whole weeks, almost every day checking in at different malls, shopping, and enjoying delicious food! I've organized the most worthwhile malls to visit along with transportation routes to save your feet and avoid unnecessary detours🚇👇

💎① Siam Paragon

📍BTS: Direct access at Siam Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 💃💃💃💃 (A must-visit for goddesses)
• The most classic high-end mall in Bangkok! The famous birdcage restaurant is perfect for photos, and the shark fin restaurant and coconut milk bird’s nest desserts are worth trying.
• The basement houses a huge Gourmet Market, fully stocked with souvenirs and snacks.
• Great design and shopping experience; after visiting, you can conveniently walk to Siam Center / Siam Discovery nearby.

🛥️② ICON SIAM

📍BTS: Saphan Taksin + free shuttle boat
🔎 Recommendation rating: 💃💃💃👑 (Super extravagant and luxurious)
• One of Bangkok’s largest malls! Features an indoor floating market full of Thai charm—boat noodles and mango sticky rice are delicious!
• Waterfall scenery and rooftop observation deck are perfect for photos.
• Recommended to take BTS to the pier and transfer to the free boat; the scenery along the way is so beautiful you won’t want to blink!

🛍️③ The Emporium & EmQuartier (Favored by the elite)

📍BTS: Phrom Phong Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 💃💃💃👜 (Japanese-style socialite vibe)
• The Emporium: High-end route with many Thai fashion brands; I bought a Thai-style skirt here and wore it while shopping~
• EmQuartier: Even bigger than Emporium, with an open-air pet street full of dogs—very healing~
• Japanese district with many Japanese and Western dining options; elegant environment and comfortable shopping!

👑④ Central Embassy

📍BTS: Phloen Chit Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 👠👠👠👠 (Top-tier mall)
• Bangkok’s most comprehensive luxury brand hub💎, with noble and cool decor, giving a vibe like Hong Kong’s Landmark.
• Connected nearby to Central Chidlom and Central World, so you can plan a one-day trip to cover them all!

🧳⑤ Terminal 21 (Budget-friendly choice)

📍BTS: Asok Station / MRT Sukhumvit Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 💰💰💰 (Outstanding cost performance)
• Each floor is decorated with a different country theme, super fun! London, Tokyo, Paris scenes perfect for endless photos~
• The basement food court is affordable; Have A Zeed / MoMo Wagyu hotpot is cheap and good.
• Recommended massage area on the third floor, skilled therapists! Relax your feet after shopping~

👘⑥ Siam Discovery

📍BTS: Siam Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 🪩🪩🪩 (Trendy hotspot)
• Full of design sense, mostly Japanese trendy brands and local Thai designer brands.
• Perfect for those who like niche styles and unique fashion!

🏙️⑦ Central World

📍BTS: Chit Lom Station
🔎 Recommendation rating: 📦📦📦📦 (Super versatile mall)
• Bangkok’s largest and most versatile mall with tons of brands! ZARA, UNIQLO, Daiso, NARS, MUJI all here~
• Next to it are the Market Bangkok + Don Quijote, so you can visit three malls in one go.

📌 Recommended Massage SPA: Let’s Relax
• Multiple branches near BTS stations, clean and professional, essential oil massages with heated beds, book online in advance to avoid waiting.
• Perfect for those whose feet are tired from shopping🫶

🛎️ Warm Tips:
• Recommended to use BTS for all transportation (convenient and no traffic worries)🚇
• Most malls are connected by walkways or skybridges, so plan your route to avoid getting lost~
• If you don’t want to walk too much, ICON SIAM + Siam Paragon + EmQuartier are enough for a full day of fun!
