🚤 Transportation Guide:
Option 1:
1. Depart from Sihanoukville: Take a boat to the main pier of Koh Rong Island, which takes about 45 minutes.
2. Island transportation: Most attractions can be reached on foot, or you can rent a motorcycle or small boat, 🏍️ $10/day, which allows you to circle the island.
Option 2:
Take a night sleeping bus from Phnom Penh, Larryta Bus. Arrive in Siem Reap the next day. After visiting Angkor Wat, take a night bus directly from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. Take a tuk-tuk to Sihanoukville pier and buy round-trip boat tickets.
Option 3:
Take a VET luxury bus from Phnom Penh to Sihanoukville, then a tuk-tuk to the pier.

SIM Card: If you go to the island, definitely recommend Metfone (red one). Do not buy Smart, as there is no signal, especially at the recommended beaches.
After landing

- Sunscreen: The sun is strong on the island, so it is recommended to carry high SPF sunscreen, sun hats, etc.
- Cash: It is inconvenient to withdraw money on the island, so it is recommended to prepare enough cash in advance.
- Eco-friendly travel: Protect the island environment, try to reduce the use of plastic products, and take your trash with you.
