Wat Phra Kaew (Chedi Klang Thung), the only temple with a bell-shaped chedi in Sukhothai style, was built during the Ayutthaya period. It is now a registered national treasure by the Department of Religious Affairs. Previously abandoned, it is now home to four monks.
