4D3N Stay, Booked their Kallang view room & got a upgrade upon arrival. Check in was smooth & quick, arrived pretty early as we wanted to drop our luggage off but was informed our room was already ready. Time: 10.30am! Late checkout was given till 2pm! Room cards not needed to return & can be kept as souvenir.

Room is spacious and beautiful facing kallang area, all rooms are super clean and soundproof. Zero disturbance throughout the stay.
All counter staffs are polite and welcoming, definitely can’t wait to book another stay with Ritz Carlton again.
