A visit to Kampong Glam, Singapore's Muslim Quarter

Whenever in Singapore, a visit to Kampong Glam is a must. Here we had a truly unique experience, whether it is South East Asian or Middle eastern. There are a lot of shops selling cool trinkets, apparels, carpets and of course Singapore souvenirs among others. Turkish, Middle eastern and Malay cuisines can also be sampled here. What caught my eye though are the cool life-like Turkish statues that stands on some of the restaurants as if they are the attendants! Truly funny if someone who is not attentive try to talk to these statues lol!
