i Light Singapore 2025: A Spectacular Festival of Light and Unity

From May 29 to June 21, 2025, i Light Singapore returns to illuminate Marina Bay, Singapore River, and Raffles Place with 17 visionary light installations created by artists from around the world. Under the theme "To Gather," the festival celebrates the spirit of community, connection, and sustainability in conjunction with Singapore’s SG60.

Among the captivating installations:

Piano Walk invites visitors to become musicians as their footsteps trigger melodic notes, turning the walkway into an interactive musical instrument that blends movement with sound in a playful symphony.

Take a Walk Through the Meadow with Me enchants with 300 delicate flowers crafted from recycled acrylic sheets that glow softly in response to touch and motion, creating a living, breathing garden of light that invites exploration and wonder.

Urban Oracle fuses art and technology through an AI-powered sculpture that displays glowing, evolving messages reflecting Singapore’s history, culture, and aspirations, encouraging viewers to contemplate the city’s journey and future possibilities.

Reverse Waterfall mesmerizes with a surreal illusion of water flowing upward against gravity, challenging perceptions and inviting viewers to rethink the natural world through the lens of creativity and innovation.

Fantastic Planet features monumental humanoid sculptures positioned along the waterfront, their illuminated forms evoking a sense of awe and prompting reflection on humanity’s place in the universe and our collective future.

Each installation at i Light Singapore 2025 is designed not only to dazzle the eyes but to spark conversations about togetherness, resilience, and the environment. The festival promises a transformative experience where art, light, and technology converge to inspire and unite.
