Celebrity Solstice 🌊 My First Cruise Experience

I finally went on a cruise — my very first time!
I chose the Celebrity Solstice departing from Singapore.

The ship has 16 decks, but there’s no 13th deck. The Oceanview Café is on Deck 14, and that’s where I had most of my meals (because it’s free). Occasionally, I’d head down to Deck 4 for the main dining room.

I think cruises are perfect for two people who share lots of common interests. Without phones, you can simply enjoy the scenery and chat for hours. You can dance, sing, play games, watch movies or shows. When you don’t feel like doing anything, you can just lie in your cabin and gaze at the sea. Even late at night, you can head upstairs for some coffee and pizza, or play a game downstairs if you can’t sleep.

And just a side note:
Don’t you think musical theatre production companies should really collaborate with cruise lines? Imagine watching a live musical while sailing across the ocean — that would be absolute happiness.
