We were lucky enough to stay here for two nights before going onto Australia.

The hotel is very impressive as you would imagine. We arrived early from a 14 hour flight and has check in wasn’t available until 3pm we felt at a bit of a loss as to what to do all tired and hot from travelling but the main concierge, I forget his name (apologies ) was so helpful, we didn’t even ask for help I think he just noticed us loitering and asked if he could help.
We needed to charge our phones and he arranged for a loan on a power bank and took us for a free coffee and cake.
He also arranged for our check in to be moved forward and arranged a later check out for us as well without us asking.
His service did go above and beyond so we very much appreciated that and were very thankful for his help.

The staff do treat you almost like your famous, it was amazing but at times a few too many knocks on the door and did want to be left to it after a while but you can put the do not disturb on the door too which we mater realised.

The hotel is incredible and we had a gardens by the bay view, a massive room and balcony, huge comfy bed, it was amazing.

The infinity pool as you will imagine is fab and food and drinks not too expensive- we would definitely recommend staying here just to use this.

We had breakfast at rise and the restaurant at the top which were both great. We ate at Lavo, but too early
to get the night views but after a long flight we had to have an early night.

I wish we could have stayed here the whole time we were in Singapore as the location is so nice but the bay and the light show and malls - if you can afford to stay more than one night it is definitely worth it, we loved it.
We stayed for my husbands 40th bday too and staff gave us a free marina bag cake and restaurant recommendations as wished him a happy bday which was a nice touch.
