Ambiance/Facilities - this is a 5 Star hotel strategically located in the heart of business area in Surabaya City Center. I stayed here for two nights during the trip to Surabaya recently. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfy and the service is excellent. Will stay here again if come back again.
