Tiger Hill in Suzhou is definitely my treasure check-in spot‼️ Finally waited for the golden autumn to check in~ Red walls, ginkgo trees, and ancient pagodas, as beautiful as a painting✨ A friend said they’ve lived in Suzhou for so many years but never discovered such a beautiful place. Today, I must share this exclusive guide with you!
📸 Must-visit spots:
1️⃣ Ginkgo Avenue under Tiger Hill Pagoda (November is the best viewing period!)
2️⃣ The red archway on the west side of Yunyan Temple Pagoda (absolutely stunning when the ginkgo leaves fall)
3️⃣ The small courtyard near Lengxiang Pavilion (few people, beautiful scenery, every shot looks like a masterpiece)
4️⃣ The millennium stone carvings beside Sword Pool (with autumn colors, it feels very historic)
📍 Exact location: No. 8, inside the gate of Tiger Hill, Gusu District, Suzhou
🕰️ Best time: Mid to late November (when the ginkgo leaves are fully yellow)
⏰ Opening hours: 07:30-17:30 (ticket sales stop at 16:30)
💡 Tips:
- It’s best to enter before 8 AM or after 3 PM for the best lighting for photos
- Wear light-colored clothes for better photos (apricot or off-white are best)
- The paths inside the park are all stone slabs, so wear comfortable flat shoes
- Bring a transparent umbrella as a prop; photos on rainy days have more atmosphere
🍂 About the ginkgo trees:
The ginkgo trees in the park are all over 100 years old. In late autumn, when the fallen leaves cover the stone paths, it’s simply breathtaking! Especially the ancient ginkgo trees near Yunyan Temple Pagoda, with golden leaves against red walls and black tiles, every photo looks like a magazine cover~
🚗 Transportation guide:
Subway: Take Line 1 to Donghuan Road Station, then transfer to You 1 bus directly
Taxi: About 20 minutes from downtown, fare around 30 RMB
