A-Long Pasta was founded in 1950, and has a history of 70 years. It has been able to maintain its position in a food city like Tainan. In addition to the usual soup noodles and dry noodles, its biggest feature is the handmade "spinach noodles" and "burdock noodles".

I ordered burdock noodles that day. The noodles had a light burdock aroma and were just the right amount of softness and hardness. Combined with the store’s homemade chili, it was fragrant and spicy and very satisfying.
The braised food is also highly recommended, it is well-braised and not greasy.

The only minor drawback is that the prices are a bit high. The price of a bowl of noodles is comparable to that in Taipei, but the portions are quite large and will definitely fill you up!
