Everyone should know about the old Sukiyaki restaurant "Nihonmatsu" in Ningyocho, Japan, right?
"Nihonmatsu" recently opened a new store in Da'an District, Taipei, called "Qiaoshan". Since even trip.com has not been updated to allow tagging this store, I can only choose Qiaoshan's father "Nihonmatsu Shabu Shabu House" 🥲

🚌Transportation: Go to Daan Station, exit from Exit 4 and walk for about 10 minutes
Shocking the world and making the gods and ghosts weep. I said that this restaurant serves the best Wagyu Sukiyaki in Taipei, and it deserves the title‼ ️
Environment: Various Japanese-style decorations ~ very delicate and exquisite‼ ️After stepping through the gate🚪, it feels like entering directly into Japan, without any sense of disobedience. 👍🏻
Food: We simply ordered a set menu, and my god, every dish was so delicious that it can’t be described in a few words‼ ️In addition to the main course of Wagyu Sukiyaki, there are also appetizers, mixed dishes, red bean curd soup, moon rice with eggs, desserts and drinks of your choice🥤‼ ️
Appetizer 1): Japanese style crab meat salmon roe tofu 🦀🐟🥚
➡️The freshness of crab meat x the fresh sauce, combined with egg tofu, is truly unforgettable
Appetizer 2): Truffle Yam and Sea Urchin with Shodoshima Soy Sauce
➡️I am allergic to yam, so I didn’t eat it myself, but I heard from my mother that it was the first time she ate sea urchin half truffle sauce, and it turned out to be so delicious😂
Main course: Two large plates of wagyu beef 🐮, a special person 👩💼 cooked it for us using the Kansai way of eating. The waitress even asked us how well done we wanted it, and we said just burn the sugar a bit 😂😂 The fat, meat flavor, and sauce were perfectly blended together, it might actually be better than the ones in Japan 🇯🇵👍🏻
As for the vegetable 🥒🌽🥕🥦🍅 dish, just cook it in the Kanto way, that is, cook it in the soup as usual~ The soup completely penetrated into the delicious beef flower, this thing should be heavenly‼ ️
With the last bit of soup left, the waitress 👵🏼 also prepared a "Japanese rice bowl with leftover sukiyaki sauce + egg" for us, with chives 🍃🌱. The simple dish was enough for me to savor for the whole night.
Dessert: We chose the limited edition "Wantan Red Bean 🫘 Pot Cake" and "Hand-cut Chrysanthemum 🌼 Tofu". The red beans are so fragrant and paired with its unique sweetness on the pot cake. It is sweet but not greasy. Even if you eat so many good things, you can still be hungry‼ ️As for the handmade chrysanthemum tofu, it all depends on the chef’s knife skills‼ ️
