[Beitou] Geothermal Valley Park: Sulfur smoke fills the air, and boiling hot spring eggs nearby is super fun!

Beitou Geothermal Valley Park (also known as Ghost Valley and Hell Valley) is Bobbitt's favorite one-day trip to Beitou, Taipei. It is a very powerful attraction. The itinerary is combined with boiled eggs at Shuidu Hot Spring Resort next to Beitou Geothermal Valley. Two of them are NT$50. It’s even more fun to experience the fun of boiling hot spring eggs by yourself! Transportation to Beitou Geothermal Valley is very easy. Just walk to the end of Xinbeitou MRT Station, and parking is at Qixing Park. Free admission and nearby attractions Beitou Library and Beitou Hot Spring Museum are a must-visit~

Soon we entered the geothermal valley, which is filled with sulfur smoke all year round. The heat is constantly steaming, which looks really scary. No wonder it is also known as "Hell Valley" or "Ghost Lake". However, some people think it is like a fairyland. During the Japanese occupation, this was listed as one of the Eight Best Scenic Spots in Taiwan and Twelve Scenic Spots.
