I found it while looking for a local dumpling restaurant near my accommodation..!
Taipei Bandao Uyukmyeon in Taiwan boasts a grandeur of 4.8 Google Maps rating despite 12,000 reviews.

Although Uyukmyeon is the main dish, the chive dumplings and savory stir-fried cabbage that I ate with it were also delicious!

The mildness of the Uyukmyeon in tomato-based broth and the chewy texture of the hand-made noodles were so good. It seems they have an award record… 🥸
The best thing about this restaurant is the excellent taste and the reasonable price compared to the abundant ingredients of the Uyukmyeon!

The mascot of this restaurant is the cat that enjoys a nap on the cushion at the entrance of the store, so I recommend taking a picture with it😻
