The National Taiwan Museum is divided into three parts: the Land Bank Exhibition Hall (Paleontology Museum), the Main Museum, and the South Gate. If you want to see the Taiwan Museum's Dinosaur Museum, you have to go to the Land Bank Exhibition Hall; in fact, this time the main museum's ecological walking exhibition also has dinosaurs!
The exhibition hall has dinosaur and paleontological models. Huge dinosaur fossils (Tyrannosaurus and Giraffatitan) stand in the tall space. You will feel shocked as soon as you walk in. Virtual interactive facilities have been added on the second floor of the exhibition hall, such as animated color storybooks, hands-on fossil digging, and VR dinosaur telescopes, making the exhibition more lively and interesting.
The most special thing about the Land Bank Exhibition Hall - Dinosaur Museum of the Taiwan Museum is that it was the site of the Land Bank before it was designated as a historical site. Therefore, in addition to the restoration of the historical site, the Land Bank's old vault exhibition area also has rare and precious cultural relics and historical materials such as the Land Bank's history, bank account books, land physical bonds, financial affairs machines, etc. It is also a museum of Taiwan's financial history and economic history.
