When it comes to Hida Takayama, Hida beef is famous 🐂
Hida beef is a well-known brand of beef that has even won championships in brand beef competitions‼
This place is famous for its Hida beef sushi.

There are various types such as lean meat, gunkan, and marbled sushi, but all of them had truly sweet fat that wasn't too heavy and were delicious ✨
It was so delicious that I went twice during my stay in Hida Takayama.

I also thought it was interesting that the rice crackers were used as plates 👍️
