HOVEL kusayama appears alone in the quiet mountains.

After passing through a road that makes you wonder if you are really here,

a cool space that is even cooler than you can imagine spreads out before you.

The quiet exterior is sophisticated, like a design hotel overseas.

It is surrounded by nature, but somehow inorganic and urban.

But it also somehow fits in perfectly with the place,

the moment I stepped inside, I felt like the flow of time was changing.

Each meal is simple, but the taste is memorable.

The fish fry tacos were especially delicious.

It was stylish, but delicious, and I almost didn't want to finish it.

I can see why people want to come back again, even if it is across a mountain path.

It is definitely worth the effort.
