Tbilisi, Georgia (on Elia Hill, Avlabari District)

🏗️ Highlights:
The largest church in Georgia and one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world. It features a massive golden dome visible from across the city. The total height, including the cross at the top, is approximately 87 meters. Inside, there are nine chapels (including underground ones). The interior is adorned with marble, carved wood, and traditional Georgian frescoes.

✝️ Religious Significance:
It serves as the center of the Georgian Orthodox Church and is used for major national religious ceremonies, such as the appointment of religious leaders or religious celebrations.
