Liyang, Jiangsu

Getting There - get here by train🚄 (about 3 hours, from Shanghai Hongqiao station)
Attractions - Tainmu lake; South mountain bamboos sea; hot spring

Liyang is a small city in Jiangsu province, but the traffic there is quite convenient. I went there in June, and although the weather was a bit cloudy, in general, it was comforting.

This small is famous for its hot spring, thus I book a hotel with hot spring. However, if it was winter, it would be more suitable to enjoy. Tianmu lake is also a famous resort in Liyang, but I think it is just a common lack. if you have enough time, you can spend one or two hours visiting here.

Food here os delicious and not very expensive. You should definitely try the fish soup- one of the most famous local cuisines 😍😍
