Hibiya Park spreads out in front of the Imperial Hotel.
After my run around the Imperial Palace, I took a walk in Hibiya Park.
When I visited in May, there were many kinds of colorful roses blooming here and there, and it was a very beautiful sight🌹
This is a park where you can enjoy flowers in each season of the year.
Hibiya Park was opened in 1903 as Japan's first "Western-style" park.
It seems that flowers such as the now familiar tulips and pansies were the first time that Japanese people had seen them at that time!
There are many historical things such as the Pelican Fountain and the Crane Fountain⛲️, so please look for them.
The famous Hibiya Public Hall is also here. We could hear the artists rehearsing again that day🎸
At the end of our walk, we toasted with beer on the terrace of the restaurant [Hibiya Salo] in the park🍻✨
There was also a delicious Western restaurant [Hibiya Matsumotoro], so I'd like to visit it again🍽️
