[Tokyo Metropolitan Government/Tokyo National Museum] A historic museum in Tokyo

Tokyo National Museum was founded in 1872 (Meiji 5). It is the museum with the longest history in Japan.
Various exhibitions are held throughout the year, with an amazing 300-400 in total.

The exterior is stylish, and the lighting after dark is fantastic.
There is also a garden, so there are other ways to enjoy the museum besides just the exhibits!
