A chic, hideaway-like restaurant with a warm wooden feel,
with seats at the L-shaped counter where you can watch the sushi being made live✨
I thought I had to stand up straight to fit in,
but the chefs and staff were very homely and cheerful,
and I never expected to be able to enjoy sushi in such a comfortable atmosphere in Ginza😳

All of the sushi made with red vinegar were excellent✨
You could choose from two types of sea urchin, making it the height of luxury🥰✨
Every dish was absolutely delicious!
The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all wonderful.
I think a top-class restaurant that aims to be world-class is different after all✨
I'm happy to have had such a wonderful experience✨
