Tsukiji is often associated with bustling daytime scenes, but the nighttime atmosphere is calm and perfect for an adult evening.
This time, I enjoyed a course called "Savor Japan's Finest Ingredients."
Starting with appetizers, the course included hearty, sweet grilled king crab and seared A5 Wagyu beef that melts in your mouth, packing the charm of Japanese cuisine into one meal.
The main highlight was the impressive 10-piece sushi set, featuring fresh and beautifully crafted nigiri such as medium fatty tuna, fatty tuna, kuruma shrimp, conger eel, salmon roe, sea bream, scallop, yellowtail, horse mackerel, and flounder topped with sea urchin.
The fatty tuna, in particular, was rich in fat and an exquisite piece.
The course was filling right to the end, offering satisfaction beyond its price.
The service was also attentive, making it a place I'd like to visit again when I want to enjoy a calm Japanese dinner in Tsukiji.
