If you want a calm oasis in the middle of Tokyo’s hustle, Meiji Shrine is a total gem. Walking through the towering torii gates and into the lush forest felt like entering a secret garden! It was so refreshing to escape the busy city and breathe in the peaceful, green vibes. I tried writing a wish on an ema plaque and soaked up the traditional atmosphere — so special! The shrine grounds are perfect for a chill stroll, and you might even catch traditional ceremonies if you’re lucky. It’s an Instagram dream with beautiful natural scenery and cultural magic. For any girly traveler craving balance between nature and culture, Meiji Shrine is a must-visit calming retreat.
