The umeboshi menu, lined up in front of me, is arranged from right to left in order of sourness, making it easy to choose.💡 ̖́-
This time, I ordered the "Kimchi Umeboshi" for my ochazuke, and the "Karashi Ume Taiko" and "Sugita Ume" for my additional umeboshi.🙏

The kimchi umeboshi are slightly sweet and savory, with a slightly addictive flavor that's become a favorite.✨

The Sugita Ume has a strong shiso flavor and a crisp, sour taste, perfect for lovers of traditional umeboshi!

The spicy ume taiko was a delight, with a subtle spiciness that made it impossible to stop eating! 🙆♀️

The ume chazuke (plum chazuke) is a simple affair, sprinkled with fragrant kelp, nori seaweed, and crunchy rice crackers.
Adding your favorite crumbled umeboshi plums to the chazuke perfectly blends the umami and tartness of the dashi, making it a delightful dish to eat. 💕

One of the fun things about this chazuke is telling the staff your umeboshi preferences and they'll recommend some! 🥰
You can easily ask for advice on whether you like it sweet or traditionally salty. ◎

The stand-up eating style is also refreshing!
In addition to chazuke, the shop also offers a variety of other items, including a "umeboshi tasting set." 🙋♀️
