Located within Hibiya Park, Felice Garden Hibiya is a charming spot that combines history and serenity. The building once served as the park’s management office, and today it’s been beautifully repurposed as a café and wedding venue — blending Western elegance with a relaxed garden vibe.

On this visit, I ordered a Japanese-style parfait and a cup of amazake (sweet fermented rice drink) — the perfect pairing for a chilly afternoon. The amazake warmed me up from the inside out, while the parfait offered a delightful mix of textures and gentle sweetness.

The outdoor tent area beside the café also caught my eye — stylish, cozy, and ideal for slow afternoons surrounded by greenery. It’s a lovely hideaway right in the middle of the city.
