[Aomori] Introducing the charms of Aomori in April❄️Part 2

Aomori is often thought of as not being a tourist season in April.

Here is the charm of Aomori in April💁♀️

The first day was introduced in part 1, so please take a look!

This time, the plan starts from Aomoriya in Misawa.

9:30 Aomoriya Motoyu

After a morning stroll around Aomoriya, we headed to Motoyu, which is a little distance from the inn, and took a quick dip in the hot spring♨️

Aomori in April is still cold, so it was great to be able to warm up my body in the morning!

12:00 Oirase Roman Park

On the way to Lake Towada, we stopped at a roadside station. There were so many cute apple decorations that I couldn't help but take pictures.

There are many souvenirs, but I bought apple butter here🍎 I had it later and it was very delicious!

13:30 Oirase Stream to Lake Towada
We went to Lake Towada passing through the Oirase Stream. There was only a little snow left in early April, so driving was no problem🚗
We got out of the car for a bit and enjoyed the river and waterfall. The water was so clear that I couldn't help but touch it, but it was cold😂

14:30 Hakkoda Snow Corridor
We passed Lake Towada and headed towards Mt. Hakkoda. We headed for the snow corridor that will be open from 4/1!
It was my first time driving a car surrounded by snow on both sides, so it was a little scary, but the road was wide so I was able to enjoy driving! 🚗
You can also get off along the way and enjoy the snow scenery❄️

16:30 Hirosaki Castle
We returned to the city and headed to Hirosaki Castle. The cherry blossoms hadn't bloomed yet, but we strolled around imagining the cherry blossoms in full bloom😂🌸
It seems that they were in full bloom the following week. It's a bit disappointing, but it was nice to have time to leisurely look at Mt. Iwaki with few people around!

19:00 Aomori Airport
2 days of sightseeing in Aomori is over.
There are still many spots I haven't been to yet, so I'd like to introduce them to you when I visit Aomori again 💁♀️
