This time I ordered
Mixed Sundubu Brunch Set (1750 yen)
Hokuhoku Mandu (450 yen)
Mixed Sundubu is a luxurious bowl packed with seafood, vegetables, and Japanese Black Beef✨️
The soup is infused with the flavors of oysters, head-on shrimp, and clams,
and the richness of Japanese Black Beef and the sweetness of vegetables combine to create a well-balanced dish that you won't get bored of until the very end.
I chose the spiciness level 2, but it was still plenty for me, who likes spicy food!
It was slightly spicy, but next time I want it spicier🔥
Soondubu is handmade every day and has a fluffy texture that melts in your mouth the moment you put it in your mouth💕
The soup, simmered in a clay pot, has a deep flavor with the richness of beef bones and a secret sauce✨
The set comes with stone-pot rice and side dishes of kimchi, namul, and Korean seaweed.
I'm so happy that I can have as many refills as I want🙌
After serving the rice, the "Nulungbab (scorched rice tea)" made by pouring tea into the pot was also fragrant and delicious💗
Hokuhoku Mandu is a round Korean dumpling gently boiled in soup.
When eaten with plenty of green onions and sesame seeds, the melting texture is soothing.
This is something that makes you want to order more🥰
The interior of the restaurant is bright and cozy.
The seasonal sundubu is currently bamboo shoots.
I definitely want to go there again☺️✨
✍️It gets a little crowded on weekends and I arrived at 12pm and had to wait about 30 minutes.
There isn't much parking, so if you're driving, it's best to come a little earlier◎
