Wan Chai｜Authentic Turkish Kebab Bento Freshly Roasted Lamb Burrito🌮

There is a Turkish restaurant near Wan Chai MTR station
The name of the restaurant "Cappadocia" is taken from the popular tourist attraction in Türkiye - the place where hot air balloon tours take place.

The restaurant specializes in a variety of Turkish bento and wraps.
Meat mainly consists of chicken and lamb
I came here to try it because the price was affordable.

The BBQ machine is common in Turkish cuisine, and of course it is also available here.
The walls are also covered with Turkish murals and portraits.
There are also a few colorful Turkish lamps for decoration😍

‣ Lamb Kebab Wrap ($80)
Lamb burrito with grilled lamb, tomatoes, lettuce and onions
The amount of meat is quite large, and the girls are full enough after eating the whole thing.

‣ Iskender Kebab ($100)
The main character of this bento is also roasted lamb.
The lamb portion is large and the garlic sauce is also appetizing.
There is rice and yogurt on both sides.
At the bottom are the butter bread crumbs

Before leaving, I found that they had Turkish ice cream in their store.
Out of curiosity, I asked the store clerk if I could see what it looked like.
The shop assistant was very friendly and introduced me to their homemade ice cream🍦
He even treated me and my friend to a scoop of vanilla and strawberry flavored ice cream.

It turns out that Turkish ice cream is specially made with orchid stem powder
Therefore, Turkish ice cream is more viscous than common ice cream.
No wonder the ice cream looks so ordinary
When it is dug up and stretched, you can see the "drawing" phenomenon
The ice cream tastes sticky, very novel and interesting 😯
